Little Kicks will now be replaced by our Soccer Bugs Child Development Program. This innovative program will take all the best aspects of the Little Kicks curriculum and enhance them further with the latest child development benchmarks, based upon age and, to a degree, the skill level of a child.
The development of a child's social and motor skills is pre-eminent in these critical early years. Moreover, children learn by playing. As the National Network of Child Care states:
"Play to a child is learning! They learn to play and play to learn.
Play is terribly important to a child. It is not a distraction.
It’s not something they do to take up time. It’s the child’s life."
*
With this concept in mind, Soccer Bugs uses play as a catalyst to develop a child's motor skills, balance and coordination, hand eye coordination, and social skills.
