All registrations are taken on a first come first serve basis.

A $100 deposit will be charged to your credit card.

Register as an Individual if you are looking for a team, register as an individual and we will place you on a team.

We will notify you via phone when you have officially been registered. Until you have received this phone call, you are not officially registered.

Mail or fax your registration in. Your spot is not guaranteed, however, until you receive a conformation phone call.

All teams are required to submit a Roster / Waiver form prior to their first game. Failure to do so could result in a forfeiture of games or removal from the league.

Levels:
AA/A - Highly advanced

BB - Intermediate

B/C - Beginner

Games:
Teams will play 3 matches per game. Each session is 7 games plus play-offs.

Times:
Matches will have start times between 7pm and 11:00pm.

Costs:
Teams: $340
Individuals: $60

We have made updates to the rules. All players are required to know the SportsPlex Rules. Players will not be exempt from the rules because they did not know house policies.

Referee Complaints:

All referee complaint forms need to be sent via e-mail. Included in the e-mail must be the date & time of the game, field number and the names of the two teams involved in the game. We take referee complaints very seriously. Click Here to send complaint.
